No.3 is a first floor one bedroom apartment with all the rooms on one level accessed by a wide solid external staircase to the front door.
The large airy bedroom with kingsize bed overlooks the convent woods.
The bathroom has a nice shower.

All bed linen and towels are provided.
Hair dryer is provided.
32” TV/DVD player, selection of books and DVD’s.

Maps, information books and folder with day trips.
Large kitchen/dining area. Kitchen has everything including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer. There are a few basics in the cupboard plus cleaning products.
Clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Laundry basket & pegs for outside line.
Oil central heating.

NO SMOKING
We do not accommodate children under the age of 16 years old.
We can accommodate most breeds of dog please check before booking. We allow one dog but are not allowed in the bedroom or on the furniture and must be kept on a lead around the building as the garden is not enclosed, we have plenty of wildlife such as rabbits & pheasants but you can walk directly to fields and the convent woods through the back garden gate. If you need extra dog towels we do have spare.
There is a lockable shed in the back garden if you wish to bring bicycles.
