No.1 is a ground floor one bedroom apartment with
the kitchen, dining area open to the very spacious
living area. There are a couple of steps up to the door
of the apartment and another couple internally from the
main living area through to the large shower room and
bedroom which has a king size bed.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Hair dryer is provided.
We supply one basket of logs for the wood burning stove
if you require more, extra can be purchased for £6
per basket. Kindling supplied.
32” flat screen HD TV, DVD player, selection of
books and DVD’s.

Maps, information books and folder with day trips.
The kitchen has everything I could think of including
dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer. There are a
few basics in the cupboard plus cleaning products.
Clothes airer, iron & ironing board. Laundry basket
and pegs for the outside washing line.
Oil central heating.
NO SMOKING
We do not accommodate children under the age of 16 years
old.
We can accommodate most breeds of dog please check
before booking. We allow one dog but are not allowed in
the bedroom or on the furniture and must be kept on a
lead around the building as the garden is not enclosed,
we have plenty of wildlife such as rabbits &
pheasants but you can walk directly to fields and the
convent woods through the back garden gate. If you need
extra dog towels we do have spare.
There is a lockable shed in the back garden if you wish
to bring bicycles.
